What are exosomes?
Exosomes, also called extracellular vesicles, are present in almost all cells, tissues and fluids of the human body. They help with intercellular signaling and maintain tissue homeostasis (balancing) in the body. The researchers described the presence of 9,769 proteins, 2,838 miRNAs, 3,408 mRNAs and 1,116 lipids present in the exosomal cargo. Exosomes interact with host cells via surface receptors and internalize host cells through the process of micropinocytosis.
Advanced technologies in regenerative medicine have facilitated the isolation of exosomes from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) of human, animal and plant origin and have revealed their immense advantage in diagnostics, in the administration of some drugs and last but not least in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. These cells have supreme regenerative potential, being able to follow various cell differentiation lines.
Through paracrine signaling, exosomes initiate the repair of damaged tissues, extending their restorative effects from strengthening the skin barrier to promoting angiogenesis. This comprehensive regenerative action is vital for restoring dermal integrity and revitalizing compromised tissues.
Many in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated the safety, efficacy and therapeutic potential of exosomes in various types of cancer, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular and orthopedic diseases, opening perspectives that were not even in our imagination a few years ago.
Therapy with exosomes in our clinic
As always, we keep up with everything that is new, innovative and effective on the aesthetic market and we have brought to the clinic the two most famous and effective categories of products with exosomes: those of plant origin from ExocoBio and those of Dp Dermaceuticals™ origin . It is administered to the target tissue (scalp, face, hands, décolletage, etc.) using the microneedling process, fractional radiofrequency or CO2 laser.
Dp Dermaceuticals™ Exosomes
Exosomes promote wound healing by accelerating wound closure, reducing wound healing/scar formation, regulating collagen fiber distribution, and supporting adnexal regeneration (including hair and sebaceous glands, nerves, and blood vessels) by inhibiting the TGF-β receptor.
Dp Dermaceuticals™ developed MG-EXO-SKIN™, exosomes of human origin collaborating with the most progressive innovators in stem cell research. DermapenWorld™ has obtained ethically produced exosomes, which are multipotent and extremely versatile.
MG-EXO-SKIN™ revolutionizes aesthetic treatments with HylaFuse™ and Calphasome™ dual delivery systems.
EXO-SKIN™ contains an unparalleled complex of redox agents, targeting reactive oxygen species with antioxidant bioflavonoids, tannins and polyphenols. This skin correcting complex is certified and tested for purity, potency and safety. As a new regenerative force, MG-EXO-SKIN™ eliminates the complications of autologous procedures to revive skin functions.
Combined therapy with microneedling or other equipment allows the regenerative capabilities of exosomes to accelerate the results of any procedure to help improve many skin conditions, including those caused by the sun, aging, rosacea and pigmentation.
To further maximize the results of in-clinic procedures with MG-EXO-SKIN™, patients can continue skin rejuvenation protocols at home with Dp Dermaceuticals™ EXO-SKIN™ (topical exosomes product)
Benefits:
- Maximized skin regeneration potential
- Increases natural cellular repair
- Improves the aging appearance of the skin, pigmentation and erythema
- Revitalizes and refreshes the skin
Exosomes have demonstrated the ability to enhance collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and support wound healing.
An exosome is a tiny vesicle found in cells, especially human stem cells. They contain biomolecules such as proteins, lipids and nucleic acids and act as messengers from stem cells to other cells. They play a vital role in intercellular communication, tissue healing, cell regeneration and repair.
We must make it clear that exosomes do not modify cellular DNA, as they are not gene therapy.
The benefits of human exosomes
- Promotes wound healing
- Supports the synthesis of collagen and elastin
- They support cell differentiation
- They improve angiogenesis
- Inhibits scar healing

Exosomes ExocoBio
ExocoBio, under the ASCE+ brand, is the first and most important biopharmaceutical company that developed therapy based on plant exosomes, holding over 22 patents globally. Their studies show extraordinary effects in the regeneration and rejuvenation of the skin and in the redensification of hair on the scalp in women and men.
As it is described above, exosomes are basic components for communication between all cells, they play the role of an ambassador for each individual cell and we can find them in two versions for the scalp (HRLV) and for the glabrous skin on the face, hands, neck, neckline (SRLV).
Exosomes have multiple benefits as they contain the following elements:
- 1008 types of growth factors and types of proteins.
- 200 types are effective in rejuvenating the skin.
- 598 types of microRNA.
- 56 types have an anti-inflammatory effect, maintain the skin barrier, anti-aging and illuminating effect and are effective for cell proliferation.
- 46 types play an important role in inhibiting thymic lymphopoietin. stomal (TSLP), cytokines that cause atopic dermatitis and itching.
- 373 types of lipids, including ceramides, fatty acids, sterol-lipids that form the skin barrier.
- 6 types of peptides, 19 types of amino acids, glutathione, hyaluronic acid, vitamins and minerals.
ASCE SRLV products have a strong anti-inflammatory action and potent antioxidant effect. The ability to stimulate cell regeneration plays a central role in the multitude of beneficial actions of exosomes.
Exosome therapy also helps to decrease the synthesis of melanin in the cells, thus relieving hyperpigmentation and restoring the skin’s natural brightness after exposure to ultraviolet rays. This function is crucial for achieving an even skin tone and improving the overall glow of the skin.
It is one of the best skin rejuvenation solutions, the result
cooperation between exosomes and active ingredients. Exosomes contain numerous growth factors, anti-inflammatory cytokines and materials genes responsible for tissue repair and modulation immunity. They promote skin regeneration, healing spectacular and maintaining firmness. It contains retinol and vitamin C, which have an anti-wrinkle effect and brighten the skin.
The actions of exosomes in brief:
- Anti-inflammatory efficacy
- Antioxidant potential
- Regenerative dynamics
- Modulation of melanin and improvement of brightness
ASCE Hair Therapy HRLV is characterized by its quadruple mechanism of action, addressing key aspects of scalp and hair health:
- Stimulation of cellular metabolism at the level of the hair follicle
- Revitalization and regeneration of scalp cells to improve the vitality of hair follicles
- Anti-inflammatory rasouns with benefits in certain dermatitis
- Normalization of hair growth cycles
Regenerates hair through the improved composition because 1 ml of the preparation contains a large dose of exosomes. It is ideal for treatment of androgenic and telogen effluvium in women and men.
One vial of the preparation contains 20 mg of powder with 10 billion of exosomes and biotin 0.05%. The product supports the growth phase a hair through 1008 different types of proteins and growth factors that stimulates regeneration. In addition, it contains 598 types of MiRNA that have an anti-inflammatory effect on the scalp.
Why choose exosome therapy for the scalp?
Opting for ASCE Hair Therapy means choosing an innovative care path for hair loss and scalp conditions. It offers a non-invasive, highly effective alternative to traditional treatments with the added benefits of safety and efficacy through the targeted action of exosomes. ASCE Hair Therapy is ideal for those experiencing thinning hair, scalp problems or anyone looking to improve the health and appearance of their hair.
